To ensure everyone's privacy, ONLY ONE PERSON/GROUP IS PERMITTED IN THE OFFICE AT A TIME. Therefore, please arrive on time or a few minutes early and wait downstairs. This will help avoid delays.
During your visit, you will receive instructions on how to use our fingerprinting equipment. Our agent will not have physical contact with you unless you are getting paper fingerprints. In that case, our agent will wear gloves for your protection.
For payments, we accept DEBIT or CREDIT CARD at the front desk. However, please note that credit card payments will include a 4% SURCHARGE and we DO NOT ACCEPT CASH payments.
After your appointment, we will DISINFECT ALL TOUCHED SURFACES, including the counter, payment machine, and fingerprint machines, to protect both our next client and our staffs. We also use MEDICAL-GRADE AIR PUFIFIERS in both client and staff areas for continued protection.
