This email outlines a recent case where we assisted a client with their South Africa Police Clearance application.
An individual from Quebec recently visited us because the agency they initially used did not complete their fingerprints to the required standard. Furthermore, the fingerprints were taken on a Canadian C-216 form, which is incorrect for South African Police Certificates, as South Africa has its own specific fingerprinting forms. Our client was unable to find another agency in Quebec that could assist with the South African application, so they traveled to our office early in the morning for support.
Our agent successfully took the client's fingerprints on the correct South African fingerprinting form and collected all the necessary documents for submission to the South African Police for the background check. We received the final results on November 6, 2025, which was 21 days from the submission date.
