Looking for information about US Entry Waiver applications? Typically, these applications are for individuals who wish to visit the United States. However, they have previous criminal records in Canada like impaired driving, overstays in the USA without visa renewal, or past records in the US. In these situations, a waiver application is necessary.

During your appointment, our agent will take your fingerprints, which will then be submitted to the RCMP for a background check. If you need the final results sent to a third party, such as your lawyer or Pardons Canada, this can be arranged by signing a consent form during your appointment. After your fingerprinting is complete, our agent will provide you with a report confirming that the process has been completed. The final results will then be mailed to either you or the designated third party within approximately one to two weeks.
