Privacy Act

Our privacy act applications are made for individuals under many circumstances. Such as under the age of 18 and has been required to complete a record check, individuals who have been pardoned before and has been requested to show their previous records, or US immigration purposes.

A teenager came in with her parents for fingerprinting due to the request from her employer for a criminal record check. As she was only at the age of 17 during the time, our agent completed the application under the privacy act portal and the final results were accepted by her employer. 

Our client came in asking for a criminal record requested by his employer. As he has completed a record suspension application before and his employer would like to view what has been pardoned. Our agent completed his application under the privacy act portal and successfully helped him provide the record to his employer. 

A couple came in for an US green card application and has been required to get a criminal record check under the privacy act portal. Our agent was able to send in their fingerprints and obtain their results for the application. 

The results of the privacy act application are slightly different from the other applications as for privacy reasons there will be no fingerprints and photos on the final report. Therefore, make sure the correct category for your application beforehand!
