Record Suspension & Waiver

Record Suspension (Pardon)

A record suspension application also known as pardon is the process of having criminal records sealed by the government which will then be unviewable by the public. Countless clients head in for our pardon services as a certified criminal record check by the RCMP will be required. They scheduled an appointment and came to the office for a 15~20 mins stay. Fingerprints are taken by our agent under the correct category. Some may require the final results to be sent directly to a third party such as Pardons Canada or Pardon & Waiver Canada etc, which is available under consent. Their fingerprints are to be sent to the RCMP digitally and will be received within an hour. Our clients will receive a report to proof of completing the fingerprinting as well as a follow-up instruction if needed. The original results are mailed to our clients or their requested third party typically around 1~2 months.

Waiver to USA

Waiver applications are normally for individuals wanting to visit the US, however they may have previous criminal records in Canada such as drunk driving, overstayed in the USA without renewing their visas or have past records in the US. Under these circumstances a waiver application needs to be processed. With your appointment online, our agent can proceed with your fingerprinting and submit to the RCMP for the background check. Some may require the final results to be sent to a third party such as their lawyer, Pardons Canada, etc. That can be done just by signing the consent form during your stay. Our agent will provide you with a report to prove that you have completed the process after fingerprinting. Final results will then be mailed to you or to the third party around 1~2 weeks.
