Federal and Provincial Apostille Process

How are Apostilles processed? Where do you get Apostilles done?

The Apostille Convention takes effect in Canada on January 11, 2024 simplifying our authentication process for Canadian public documents for more than 120 countries.

For a Federal Apostille, bring in your documents! We will provide them to Global Affairs Canada who issues apostilles for documents needing authentication services. Around 10~15 days are required for documents to be sent and returned back to us. Notification will be sent to you after we receive the documents.

Do you know the differences between Federal Apostille and Provincial Apostille?

Documents issued in Ontario are required to go through the Provincial Apostille process. A respective Province’s Competent Authority for authentication will view your document and authentication will be authorized. By ordering our service, our agent will bring required paperwork to the Official Document Centre for Apostille. Around 1 week will be needed to complete. Apostille documents can be picked up in our office or prepaid couriers can be scheduled, delivering the documents straight to your door!
