You live in Canada
This service allows someone who is not able to access an electronic fingerprinting facility and wishes to achieve a rapid submission of fingerprints compared to traditional paper fingerprints. This is applicable for the RCMP certificates for Adoption, Employment and/or Citizenship, immigration etc. requirements.
After registration you will receive a package of information for processing your application remotely.
Canadian living abroad
Non-Canadian living abroad
Non-Canadians who in the past resided in Canada, can now obtain their R.C.M.P. National Criminal Record Certificate from your present location. There is no need to travel back to Canada. We are able to digitize your paper fingerprints to The RCMP Police system. Turnaround Time: for application (NO match) 3-10 business days and application (WITH match) 120 days or more.
International
A Police Certificate from another country. In some cases, we may also be able to process clearances from other countries on your behalf.
